With the increasing development and grandness of digital entertainment industry and popularization of wireless communication industry in China, mobile entertainment and various value-added services based on mobile terminal have been developing rapidly. In 2007, with 3G formally for commercial use, various and omnifarious mobile entertainment contents spring up like mushrooms, which has brought about the unprecedented business opportunities. Mobile television and mobile medium not only go deep into our daily life, but also are shifting works, entertainments and life styles of persons.
